Lemongrass and ginger tea

Yield: 2 mugs

1/2 stalk lemongrass, cut into 1" pieces
1/3 cubic inch ginger, sliced finely
3 c water
2 t honey (optional)

Place lemongrass and ginger in a pot with the water.
Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
Strain and add honey if too pungent.
